Mark Swartz, along with his clean-cut partner Dennis Kozlowski, are currently doing time in a federal prison for: Grand Larceny, Conspiracy, Securities Fraud, and Eight counts of falsifying business records with the corporation they used to work for: Tyco. We suspect he's not smiling so much in prison.
