If you hear microwave "voices" in head, it is caused by invisible operatives of surveillance station/system and don't listen to it to kill. The invisibility technology & microwave voice device must has been used in 1998 Oregon school shooting-to create a programmable assassin/murderer and drive him to kill.

It is obvious strange that a rash of school shooting involving teenagers from good communities occurred recently.

Is school shooting a designed national mind control program of involved LEO of surveillance system to create fear in students, parents, teachers, and on our society in order to pursue the goal of tighter guns control in recent years?

It might be the main reason that many school shootings happened in recent years.

1998 May 21 Springfield, Oregon: Armed with three guns, 15-year-old Kipland Kinkel allegedly opens fire in a high school cafeteria, killing a student and wounding 19; another student died later. His parents are later found dead in his home. Kinkel awaits trial.

1998 March 24 Jonesboro, Arkansas: Four girls and a teacher are shot to death and 10 others wounded during a false fire alarm at a middle school. Thirteen-year-old Mitchell Johnson (top right) and 11-year-old Andrew Golden (right) killed four classmates and a revered teacher were found guilty of capital murder. They were committed to a state detention center under a controversial juvenile sentencing law that will allow them to walk out of jail by their 21st birthdays 1997 December 1 West Paducah, Kentucky: Three students are killed and five wounded while praying in a high school hallway. Fourteen-year-old student Michael Carneal (pictured) is arrested and pleads guilty but mentally ill on Oct. 5 to three counts of murder and six other charges related to the shooting spree. Carneal was sentenced Dec. 17 to life in prison without possibility of parole for 25 years

1997 October 1 Pearl, Mississippi: Sixteen-year-old Luke Woodham stabs his mother to death, then goes to his high school and shoots nine students. Two die, including the suspect's ex-girlfriend, seven others are wounded. Authorities accused six friends of conspiracy. Woodham was convicted as an adult in June 1998 and is serving three life sentences.

Now, let me clarify that why this murder case is most likely the result of mind control tactics (corrupted LEO & operatives used mind control equipment & tactics from surveillance station/system to drive Kip Kinkel mad and to kill).

According to Associated Press Wire:11/13/1999 19:27:00 ET "Outwardly normal, school killer was plagued by anger, voices. What made him different _ the Kip Kinkel that no one knew _ were the voices screaming in his head. Those voices, Kinkel told experts, drove him to shoot his father in the back of the head. They made him kill his mother after he told her he loved her. And they pushed him to load a rifle and two pistols, head for Thurston High School in Springfield, and open fire on the crowded cafeteria."

In my previous post, I have used the case of 1997 October 1 Pearl, Mississippi (see detail on my webpage-Part VI) to further prove my points- that some school shootings are most likely created with mind control tactics (by corrupted LEO & operatives from surveillance stations/system) to achieve their goal of serious guns control in society.

In my previous articles, I have reported that current society is a mind control society & the surveillance system is a life control surveillance system. That's because by using illness/death inducing techniques, mind control equipment (e.g. microwave voice equipment, mind reading techniques, etc.), the invisible operatives of surveillance stations/system not only can secretly enter people's house/office/school, car, boat, etc. to induce illness/death on citizens , but they can also use mind control equipment to drive unaware people/student mad and/or to kill.

According to Dr. Park Deitz, whose Threat Assessment Group works with corporations to prevent workplace violence, Kinkel's case should not cause so serious murder. "We've got thousands of cases of people with more warning signs than Kip Kinkel who didn't do anything," Deitz said.

It appears that if there were no "voices" in Kinkel's head, the situation must be different.

Based on the news report of Associated Press, Kinkel and the other teenage boys who have opened fire at schools around the country don't really fit any profile, said Jeff Sprague of the Institute on Violence and Destructive Behavior at the University of Oregon.

"They didn't fit the classic profile of an antisocial kid, a kid who comes from poor, criminal, drug-abusing parents, with a history of abuse, whose first arrest was when he was 4 years old," Sprague said. Thus, in this case, the voices, delusions and suicidal depression give events a framework.

According to 1999 Courtroom Television Network LLC on November 4, 1999, 9:35 a.m. ET, "Voices told Kinkel to kill parents, psychologist testifies." Orin Bolstad, a child psychologist who treats young killers in Oregon's juvenile prisons, testified Wednesday at Kinkel's sentencing hearing. "I don't think he is a killer separate from his mental illness."

Therefore, we must concern that if the voices in Kinkel's head was caused by microwave voices device because it made Kinkel to become mentally ill?

"I feel the primary thing causing him to kill was the voices," Orin Bolstad, a child psychologist who treats young killers in Oregon's juvenile prisons, testified Wednesday at Kinkel's sentencing hearing. "I don't think he is a killer separate from his mental illness."

The above words of psychologist testimony did show that the "voices" in Kinkel's head was the main problem to drive him to kill.

However, mind control equipment (microwave voices device) have been used by local law enforcement from surveillance station/system since 1970s (see details on my webpage Part I-B).

Based on NIJ report, the information of MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993, and NEXUS magazine, it prove that state & local law enforcement have used the mind control equipment (microwave voice device & Voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave, infrasound, radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc.) on civilians. The above reports has proven that mind control equipment (microwave voices device, voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave, radio-frequency weapon, EMP, etc.) have been used by state and local law enforcement officers.

According to above information, the "voice synthesis" is one of micro-wave equipment and manufactured by Lockheed-Sanders. The use of 'Voice Synthesis' is "REMOTE BEAMING OF AUDIO (i.e., VOICES OR OTHER AUDIBLE SIGNALS) DIRECTLY INTO THE BRAIN OF ANY SELECTED HUMAN TARGET."

Abstract Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.

This invention relates to a hearing system for human beings in which high frequency electromagnetic energy is projected through the air to the head of a human being and the electromagnetic energy is modulated to create signals that can be discerned by the human being regardless of the hearing ability of the person.

THE PRIOR ART Various types of apparatus and modes of application have been proposed and tried to inject intelligible sounds into the heads of human beings. Some of these have been devised to simulate speech and other sounds in deaf persons and other systems have been used to inject intelligible signals in persons of good hearing, but bypassing the normal human hearing organs.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

I have discovered that a pulsed signal on a radio frequency carrier of about 1,000 megahertz (1000 MHz) is effective in creating intelligible signals inside the head of a person if this electromagnetic (EM) energy is projected through the air to the head of the person. Intelligible signals are applied to the carrier by microphone or other audio source and I cause the bursts to be frequency modulated. The bursts are composed of a group of pulses. The pulses are carefully selected for peak strength and pulse width. Various objects, advantages and features of the invention will be apparent in the specification and claims.

* How would the involved LEO & operatives communicate with their target in a mind control case?

After using invisibility technology from surveillance station/system, the personnel and equipment will become invisible, tiny and have the characteristic of levitation (floating in the air as weightless condition). Thus, by using the propulsion equipment, every invisible operative can move as a single-seated "plane"(see details on my webpage Part II-A).  Thus, the invisible operatives/bees can secretly enter a target's house/office/school, car, boat, etc. to keep a target under close surveillance and life control.   After the invisible operatives enter a citizen's home, they can also use microwave voice device to communicate with an unaware citizen at victim's home.   How could the invisible operatives secretly communicate with an unaware victim at his home?

After secretly enter a target's home, the invisible operatives mostly will use their characteristic of levitation (floating in the air as weightless condition) to stay around the upper section of wall. From the wall, some of invisible operatives will use microwave voice device to deliver their questions or instruction to the victim.  Also, an operative will secretly fly onto a target's head and also use mind machine (or advanced mind reading technique) to know the target's mind (then know the target's answer).  At the same time, the invisible operative (who fly onto the victim's head) will then loudly read the target's mind (answer) with microwave voice to notify other invisible operatives.  Thus, the invisible operatives can use microwave voice device to communicate with an unaware target (see details on Part I-A2).  However, these invisible operatives can also set up the unaware victim without victim's knowledge (e.g. pretend to be demons to mislead the victim).

There is an advanced mind-reading technique. This technique allows the invisible operatives to fly near the target and read the target's mind immediately. How can they do this?

The electrical impulses in the brain of every human, which describes the thoughts (brain waves) of a person, use the same signal. This means that if we can transfer the electrical impulses of PERSON A directly into the brain of a PERSON B, then PERSON B will understand the thoughts of PERSON A as if he was reading PERSON A's mind.  This is just like microwave voice technology, which directly delivers electrical impulses (which describe voices in brain) into the human brain; this allows the person receiving the electrical impulses to "hear" voices with his brain, without actually hearing anything with his ears (see Part I-A2 on my main page for more details on microwave voice device).

The advanced mind reading method is that the involved LEO can use the technology of advanced microwave voice equipment (Voice Synthesis) to clone the target's brain electrical impulses which express one's thoughts or language and deliver it to another nearby operative's brain to know the target's thoughts or language immediately. This is another function of the advanced microwave voice equipment (Voice Synthesis) and that's why the advanced microwave voice equipment (Voice Synthesis) is also called "Synthetic Telepathy" within US government.   Thus, after the "little spirits" (invisible operatives/bees) fly near the target (or onto the target's head), they will use above advanced mind reading technique to know what the target is thinking.

The technique described above is currently the latest and most advanced mind-reading technique. By using the advanced microwave voice equipment (Voice Synthesis) to clone the target's brain electrical impulses which express one's thoughts or language and deliver it into another nearby operative's brain to know the target's thoughts immediately.  Therefore, invisible operatives can read a target's thoughts, no matter where the target is. Under this kind of situation, mind reading (like a psychic) has become the basic ability of every "little spirits (invisible operatives)" in surveillance system.

In surveillance system, the invisible operatives will use the advanced mind reading technique to read a target's thoughts immediately.

After using invisibility technology, the invisible operatives of surveillance stations (County or large City)/system can secretly enter a target's home/office, etc.
By using microwave equipment & mind reading technique (using mind machine or advanced mind reading technique- see detail on my web Part I-A), the invisible operatives can talk to their target at victim's home/office, car, etc. and know the target's mind.

Based on the above capabilities of equipment used in life control-surveillance station (County or large City)/system, the invisible operatives can also use microwave-voice device to secretly interrogate people at people's homes without attracting others' (including victim's relatives who live with victim) attentions.

*What is the invisibility technology of surveillance station/system?

According to inside information from Taiwan, the technologies of invisibility & interdimensional travel of Philadelphia Experiment have been developed successfully by the US before WWII.   In 1950s, these technologies have been transferred to Taiwan to test the effectiveness of these technologies for use in surveillance system. Since 1960s, the invisible operatives of Taiwan have secretly entered important political persons' homes/offices, cars, etc. to keep them under close surveillance and secretly induced illness/death on some victims whom Chiang Ching-Kuo disliked.   These invisible operatives' codename was "little spirits" in 1965-70 of US defense department's classified illness/death inducing techniques research -Operation Pandora.

Currently, the invisible operatives have changed the codename from "little spirits" to "bees" to prevent their secret from others knowing. That's because most of westerners know that the "little spirits" in Pandora's box are invisible, tiny and will spread illness/death on man.
Thus, after invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques have been used in Taiwan's surveillance system, it become a life control surveillance system (Please see details on my webpage Part IX-A, B, or Part II-A, C1, C2, C3, etc. Thus, current US surveillance stations/system must be also a life control surveillance system).

Using the technology of interdimensional travel, these invisible operatives/little spirits/bees and their transportation (with weapons & propellers) can be sent to any place under surveillance (e.g., people's homes, public buildings, etc.) through power lines from the magnetic dimension. They usually enter homes or office buildings (places under surveillance) from upper-section of walls which are near to the electric meters outside of the houses.

They can also arrive at their destinations by hitching rides in their spouses' cars (That's because the married couples are always recruited as operatives at same time) or that of the involved LEO and get drop-off at (or near) targets' homes where these operatives will enter the targets' houses/offices.

Also, when these operatives are in this magnetic field, they are very small (comparable to size of small mosquito or flea). Although the invisible operatives have been used in surveillance system over several decades, their top scientists still cannot use the scientific theory to explain that why these invisible operatives become tiny in the invisible electromagnetic field. That's also why their original codename was "little spirits" and changed to "bees"  However, some of their collaborators call them as "invisible warriors." These little spirits/invisible warriors can enter people's homes (mostly from the high section of wall which near the electric meter of outdoor) with their inter-dimensional travel tech through the power lines. After entering the home of the target, the invisible operative can use microwave-voice equipment to send message to the target's mind and interrogate the target. The operatives can either extract the answers by using the advanced mind-reading technique on the target or by the target's verbal responses.

Therefore, we must know that had microwave voice device been used on Kinkel by invisible operatives of surveillance station/system?

If the voices were really from his own mind, he should hear it starting when he was an infant. However, according to Kinkel told Bolstad (a child psychologist who treats young killers in Oregon's juvenile prisons, testified Wednesday at Kinkel's sentencing hearing), the "hearing" voices in his head was not from infant.  According to testimony of Bolstad in courtroom, Kinkel, he first heard the voices when he was 12 after getting off the school bus and standing in the driveway of his home looking at a bush.

"It said, 'You need to kill everyone, everyone in the world,"' Bolstad said, adding that Kinkel told him the voices may have come from the devil, a satellite or a computer chip inserted in his head by the government. The above words have proven that these words are microwave voices and delivered by invisible operatives.

How can we differentiate that the "hearing" voice in a victim's head is microwave voices of invisible operatives?

The microwave voice theory is that If one can somehow directly send the electrical signals (which represent sound) into the target's brain, then the targeted person will "hear" sounds without using his/her ears

In reality, thoughts are just the voice-less (unspoken words) "language" inside the brains. Language express thoughts with spoken words. When a person think or speak a sentence (e.g., "How are you?"), the electrical representation (electrical impulse) of the thoughts and the speech inside the brain should be the same. Thus, when you're thinking, it is just like you whispered (including your own tone and accent) to yourself in your mind. This is very different than if someone use microwave to deliver words to you.

Since the spoken voices (deliver to the target's brain through microwaves) is coming from other person, this voices should carry the tone & accent of that particular person who spoke.

So, a target who heard the invisible operative's microwaves voices in his brain ( and no one around can hear this voice because it is not sound wave, but deliver through microwaves frequency) should differentiate the voices as that of another person whisper in a target's mind.

If a target can make such differentiation and found that the "voices in his head carry the other person's tone & accent, then the "voices in head" must be delivered by other person's microwaves voices.

The above facts prove that Kinkel never heard "voices" when he was a infant and started to "hear" voices" in head after he was 12. Furthermore, when Kinkel started to hear "voices" in head (in his home), he suddenly heard a couple of sentences which was specific instructions from others and told him to kill. It shows that it must be microwave voices and delivered by little spirits/invisible warriors of surveillance station/system with microwave voices device.  Also, their goal is to create a reliable, programmable murderer/assassin. The following information proves that the first aim of mind control research is to develop their invisible operatives to become reliable assassins.   After the microwave voice device and EM mind machine have been invented in 1973, they started to use the above two equipment to mind control other to become an assassin/murderer (drive the victim to kill other).

Although we don't believe that government would implant a computer chip in Kinkel's head, the involved LEO of surveillance station/system do can use their invisible operatives/bees to secretly enter people's home/office, school, car, etc. and deliver microwave voices on any citizen at everywhere (see details on my webpage Part II-A, C, F & VII-C, D).

Also, if the "voices" were not created by others with microwave voices device, these "voices" should not appear to him as three different persons' voices.  Also, the content of these "voices" obviously were instruction to kill from others. Such kind of situation further shows that these voices must be not caused by nature.  Thus, these "voices" in Kinkel's head must be microwave voices and delivered by invisible operatives who have secretly entered Kinkel's home/school, car, etc. from surveillance station/system.

According to information from courtroom Television network LLC, "Kinkel referred to the three "voices" in his head as A, B, and C, saying they got louder and louder as they told him to kill his father after they returned home following Kip's expulsion from school, Bolstad said. "A said, 'You have to kill him. Shoot him,"' Bolstad quoted Kinkel as saying. "My dad was sitting at the (breakfast) bar. The voices said, 'Shoot him.' I had no choice. The voices said I had no choice."

" After he killed his mother, Kinkel said the voices told him to "Go to school and kill everybody. Look what you've already done," The above testimony has shown that Kinkel was obviously a under mind control victim and only misled by these microwave voice messages of invisible operatives to become a programmable murder.

Furthermore, according to news report, experts testified that the voices got louder and harder to resist as Kinkel became more depressed and stressed. The voices peaked when he was expelled from school for having the gun in his locker. If the voices were of natural caused, there can't be such a coincidence that the voice peaked in his head (the voices got louder and harder to resist) when he was expelled from school for having the gun in his locker.

Therefore, the voices obviously came from invisible operatives' microwave voices device and shows that the invisible operatives/little spirits have secretly entered Kinkel's school to keep school student under close surveillance and control.   Thus, Kinkel's bad behaviors & violent tendencies in school caused him to be selected as a programmable murderer in the mind control case.

How could they deliver microwave voices to Kinkel's head when Kinkel was 12?

These invisible operatives /little spirits/bees could entered Kinkel's home then followed Kinkel to school to monitor his behaviors . After these invisible operatives/little spirits decided to select Kinkel as their programmable murder, they would follow Kinkel (by bus) to home. Then these invisible operatives/little spirits got off the bus & could fly on the bush (or garage's door ) and deliver their microwave voices to Kinkel's head.

That's why Kinkel told Bolstad that he first heard the voices when he was 12 after getting off the school bus and standing in the driveway of his home looking at a bush.

Thus, Kinkel's behaviors would be kept being monitored in school and driven to kill in a turning point of society to pursue the involved LEO's political goal-guns control.

During her testimony, Kristin Kinkel, 22, choked up and her brother wiped away tears as she read a letter to Judge Mattison asking that Kip have some hope of getting out of prison someday, adding her brother hoped to someday study law to help others.

"I believe what he needs is the hope that he has a chance of achieving these goals," she read. "I believe he is aware of the pain that he has caused, and is just as shocked as the rest of us that he was capable of such horror."

The above three "voices" should be from several invisible operatives/little spirits who used the microwave voice device to drive Kinkel to kill.

According to the information of Courtroom Television LLC, Bolstad said Kinkel had had been able to resist the urge to obey the voices for years. But he succumbed to the commands due to the stress of being discovered with a gun in his locker at school and his father's anger, the psychologist said.

I would deduce that before the operatives gave their murderous order to Kinkel, they should secretly inject drugs on him in order to make Kinkel going on rampage then could not resist their orders (see details on my webpage Part VI-A)

According to testimony in court, Kinkel didn't hear "voices" until he was 12 after getting off the school bus and standing in the driveway of his home looking at a bush. It does show that the voices was not natural cause and must be caused by microwave voice device and was intentionally delivered on Kinkel's head to give (implant) him a murderous instruction by involved LEO's invisible operatives since Kinkel was 12

Unfortunately, Kinkel didn't have the real knowledge on microwave voices device, mind machine and invisible operatives.   Thus, he had no ability to resist from becoming a programmable murderer who was driven to kill by invisible operatives in a designed mind control case.

As the result of the sudden rash of school shootings, our society have request for serious guns control, it has further shown that involved LEO are pursuing gun control in order to make citizens defenseless when they are murdered with illness/death inducing techniques by invisible operatives who secretly enter people's home/office, car, etc. from surveillance station/system.

According to AP news report, Dr. Park Deitz, whose Threat Assessment Group works with corporations to prevent workplace violence, said he found Kinkel deeply depressed .., but that didn't fully explain what the teenager did. "We've got thousands of cases of people with more warning signs than Kip Kinkel who didn't do anything," Deitz said.

The above information have shown that if there were no voices (microwave voices) in Kinkel's head, he would not become a murderer. Kinkel's testimonies in court also prove that the Kinkel heard other persons' "voices" which instruct him step by step from killing his father, mother until telling him go to school and kill everyone.

Former President Eisenhower had been worried that some ambitious officers might use the fear of enemy to increase their own power and influences. The bombing of World Trade Center, recent school shootings and the reaction of the publics toward this attack (shooting) is the type of the situation which President Eisenhower was concerned about. The public are mis-informed about what really caused the tragedy and manipulation.

The public need to examine these events closely and collect more information from different channels to avoid being misled by one side of viewing and mistakenly give these corrupted LEO more improper powers. EUGENE, Ore. (AP) _ The teachers, family and friends who testified about the Kip Kinkel they knew described a kid like a lot of others _ funny, a little wild, struggled with reading, got mad when he was teased.

What made him different _ the Kip Kinkel that no one knew _ were the voices screaming in his head.

Those voices, Kinkel told experts, drove him to shoot his father in the back of the head. They made him kill his mother after he told her he loved her. And they pushed him to load a rifle and two pistols, head for Thurston High School in Springfield, and open fire on the crowded cafeteria.

"He carefully hid it so that he would not be stigmatized. The sad part of it is, we are fairly good at treating mental illness. But it has to be detected," said Charles Patrick Ewing, a professor of law and psychology at State University of New York at Buffalo.

After pleading guilty, Kinkel, who was 15 at the time of the May 1998 shooting spree, was sentenced Wednesday to nearly 112 years in prison for killing his parents, two students and wounding 25 others.

A preschool teacher remembered Kinkel as a red-haired whirlwind who made her think of the Tasmanian Devil cartoon character. An elementary school classmate recalled him trying to hurt other kids in dodgeball. A neighbor recalled him throwing a bowl of cherries into the air after being told he couldn't keep them.

But mass murder?

Kinkel and the other teenage boys who have opened fire at schools around the country don't really fit any profile, said Jeff Sprague of the Institute on Violence and Destructive Behavior at the University of Oregon.

"They didn't fit the classic profile of an antisocial kid, a kid who comes from poor, criminal, drug-abusing parents, with a history of abuse, whose first arrest was when he was 4 years old," Sprague said.

"All these boys _ at Jonesboro, Paducah, Pearl _ they were all that much more hidden in that regard. They didn't stick out as much."

There was the fascination with guns and explosives. Kinkel's mother was alarmed enough that she took him to a psychologist for treatment.

The psychologist was not concerned enough to do more than send him to a doctor who prescribed the antidepressant Prozac. In the midst of it, Kinkel's father gave in to his son's pleading to buy a pistol.

But the voices, delusions and suicidal depression give events a framework. ...... Experts testified that the voices got louder and harder to resist as Kinkel became more depressed and stressed. The voices peaked when he was expelled from school for having the gun in his locker _ the same day he shot his father and his mother.

Afterwards, Kinkel wrote in a note that they could never have lived with the embarrassment of his expulsion, and he wanted to die himself.

"But I have to kill people," he wrote before taking his guns to school. "I don't know why. I am so sorry."

Kinkel kept a hidden journal that was filled with self-loathing, despair over being rejected by a girl, and anger at a member of the football team.

Still, there are many people who share Kinkel's problems, but few commit mass murder, Deitz said.

"In every school there are angry kids, threatening kids, suicidal kids," Deitz said. "That's where our attention should be, not trying to prevent mass murder so much as the other suffering and harm that routinely goes on in every school."
