Well, perhaps the page title is a bit misleading. The following links are not podcasts made by fibers, but rather podcasts made by fans of fiber--knitters, crocheters, spinners, weavers and dyers, in short, people who love to work with fiber as much as we do.

SCKG's Jacque Donahue, author of our newsletter's Geek Knitting column, reviews the world of fiber podcasts. The sites and 'casts she refers to in her column are reflected here, for easy access by SCKG members.

Jacque's Enjoyables
These are podcasts that Jacque finds interesting and generally well done in terms of sound quality and thoughtfulness of content.

   Cast-On with Brenda Dwayne

   Sticks And String

Jacque says "Decide for yourself"
Jacque isn't crazy about these, but that doesn't mean you won't be. Take a listen and decide for yourself. A * denotes some explicit content.

YOUTUBE KNITTING & CROCHETING VIDEOS
Most of the Youtube videos are instructional and worth exploring if you want to see various cast ons, knitting styles, and techniques illustrated. There are also some videos that are not instructional, but fun or interesting, including:

   The Last Knit
   The Lego Knitting Machine
   Scary Knitting
   Shreddies: Knitted by Nanas
