A basic 1/8" format 2x3 Cascading Mult.
Optionally, the middle normalization connection can be omitted to make a 1x6 mult. Or, try replacing the two end jack positions with 1/4" jacks for a multiformat mult, or 2 breakaway 1/8" to 1/4" format converters.
