THE SONOMA STATEMENT began in 1995 as a live forum for poets in Sonoma State University's Poetry Writing workshop to read and comment upon each others' works-in-progress.At present, these pages are for poets in the Write Here/Write Now workshop which now meets off-campus at the Sitting Room in Cotati, Ca.
