If you are unable to qualify for our Elite or Pro Services because of
line issues, you will automatically be downgraded to the next available
service level you are eligible for. This will result in making the
account ineligible for the "The $50 Cash Back & Free Modem Promotion".
You will be notified via email to the address you specify on your DSL
order. If you wish to cancel the service if Elite or Pro are unavailable
to you, please call our Cancellation Department at 707-522-1000 within
3-5 business days of your DSL Due date and send back the DSL modem to
Sonic.net, Inc. 2260 Apollo Way, Santa Rosa, CA 95407
If you meet all eligibility terms you will be credited $50.00 on your
Sonic.net invoice after one month. This is only available to new (defined as un-served individual or household in the last 18 months) customers. Offer expires 08/31/2009. The modem mail-in rebate form must also be completed, printed out, and returned to Sonic.net within 90 days of your DSL installation date.
