	Spruce Cottage Spruce Cottage is located by the creek and comes fully furnished with a private restroom, living area, kitchenette, TV and DVD player, outdoor deck and barbeque. The cottage has a queen bed and 2 futons that can sleep 4 people and full linens (pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, and washcloth) are provided. Floor Plan Cottages are not available for private party rentals.
