Treatment and Criminal Justice Services in Northern California

California Human Development's Outpatient Treatment Services provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment for adults in Sonoma County. This service provides evaluation and assessment, group and individual counseling sessions, family support and substance abuse education groups, gender based treatment, relapse prevention and other life skills.

Our mission is to help individuals who suffer from drug/alcohol related problems learn to live healthy sober lifestyles. We continually strive to improve and expand our model of healing. It is our policy that each person seeking treatment be regarded as individuals who have unique combinations of needs which must be considered if recovery is to be realized. CHD's Outpatient Treatment Program uses a sliding fee scale. The fees are currently based on a person's income and the number of dependents in the family.
