Coaches can buy extra dirty trick or magic item cards (for a given game only) at a cost of 30,000 for dirty tricks, and 50,000 for magic items. (this is done in the 'hire freebooters' phase, before each coach rolls to see how many cards he gets)
Instead of drawing cards, players may roll on the Special Play tables, if they have it available.
Coaches may hire Assasins before the game to try and take out opposing players.
Coaches may also try using Illegal Drugs before the match.
Before rollingweather, roll to see who has 'home field' Each coach rolls a d6, higher coach gets to use his home field (if any). On a tie it's a neutral field (if a team has no home field, then it is also a neutral field). If both teams agree, it can be held at either home field or neutral without making a die roll.

Here is a copy of the Handicap table. If players do not have cards available, bonus cards count as bonus team rerolls each half.

In addition to the above handicap, a lesser team gets an extra 10k for every 20 points difference, IF the lesser team has a rating under 175.
players may substitute cards for rolls on the Special Play Tables if available, or substitute cards for rerolls if neither the tables or cards are available.
