THE EVENT MENU:

The weekend registration includes two nights semi-private, dormitory, or camping lodging with five meals, all teachings and workshops, fire ceremony, and activities. Cost depends on the lodging you choose. The Dreamtime Mitote fee is an additional $45. The Men’s and Women’s Wisdom Gatherings all day Friday are a “Pre-Program” option ($75), and we hope you will include them in your weekend.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given up to thirty days prior to the event. After this, there is a $75 fee deducted and the balance refunded. No refunds will be given for no shows or refund requests after July 27, 2007. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or postal mail to Joydancer.com. Allan Hardman, Joydancer.com reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems which may impede event operations. If the event is not held for some reason, all money paid will be refunded.

10:00 - 4:00 pm. Optional pre-program separate Men's and Women's Wisdom gatherings, followed by a reconciliation and bonding ceremony

6:00 pm. Registration for weekend event

7:00 pm. Official weekend celebration begins. Welcome by Allan Hardman

8:00 pm. Music for the Feet and Soul by Melissa Phillippe and James Nihan, dancing and socializing.
