We bend our minds to understand
the rising of the dawn
as the rays of light appear
and lonely darkness's gone.

We've learned in time to wait for it
under sheltering stars
hidden in the shadows
which heal the ancient scars.

And touching, we create a glow
that travels forth to say
"Gather now ye elfin
for the coming of the day.

Gather now ye elfin
stir your ancient souls.
We children of the mists arise
to make the magic whole.

Hear ye this sound a stirring
deep within your heart.
Gather now your kin to you,
