Friday, November 7, 2008, Veteran's Day Program. We are
invited to perform during the Rotary Club's Veteran's Day
Program. Be there for set up at 11:45 a.m. Music for this
occasion will be selected from the following: Marches of the
Armed Forces, God Bless America, America the Beautiful, You're a Grand
Old Flag, Semper Fidelis, and the Star Spangled Banner.
Friday, March 27, 2009, Rotary Concert. We will do it again
for the big wheels this year. Report to the Community Church by 11:45
a.m. for set up. Lunch will be at 12:15, and we will play from 1:00
to 1:30. Play list is: National Emblem,
Malagueña, Selections from Mary Poppins, American Heritage
Overture, On
the Mall March (or Way Down Yonder), Liberty Bell, and God Bless
America.
| Memorial Day, May 25, 2009.
Perform at 10:45 a.m.
for the Memorial Day Ceremonies at Sebastopol
Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Be there by 10:20 and be sure to bring
your stands and clothes pins. Parking will be difficult. Play list is
as follows: Abide With Me, God of Our Fathers, Eternal Father Strong
to Save (The Navy Hymn), America The Beautiful, Battle Hymn of the
Republic, The Star Spangled
Banner, Taps (one trumpet), Marches of the Armed Forces, Victory at
Sea, American Patrol, Semper Fidelis, You're a Grand Old
Flag, Liberty Bell, National Emblem and God Bless America. Following the performance on Memorial Day, there will be a barbeque for band members and their families at Greg Jilka's house, 471 Zimpher Drive. The trumpets have promised to be good this year. |

Friday, July 4, 2009 - Perform at 10:30 a.m. in the town square under the sponsorship of the Western Sonoma County Historical Society. Report in at 10:15. Music is the same as for July 12, but may be played in a different order. Be sure to bring music stands and clothes pins. We will be performing outside.

Park.
Sunday, July 12, 2009 Summer picnic concert for the Community Church, to be held at Georgetown, 4015 Frei Road, Sebastopol. See Map. Park behind the ball fields - Time: Report in at 11:15, and we play at High Noon. Be sure to bring your music stands and clothes pins. We will try to take a group picture of the entire band in Georgetown prior to the concert. Play list is: Liberty Bell, Them Basses, Selections from May Poppins, Way Down Yonder, On the Mall March, American Heritage Overture, You're a Grand Old Flag, Semper Fidelis, Just a Closer Walk with Thee, and God Bless America. A barbeque lunch will be provided.
