Dist 1 and 2 confusion resolved!

Dear Greater Penngrove Area Residents,

In an effort to find a definitive answer concerning who in the northern reaches of Penngrove is District 1 and who is in District 2 - I went to the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters and here is the answer. Those of you who live on Railroad Avenue - East of Petaluma Hill Road, you are in District 2 which is Mike Kerns District.

For those of you who live anywhere North of Railroad Avenue on the East side
of Petaluma Hill Road you are in District 1 which is Valerie Brown's District.

That's right, everyone in East Canon Manor, Roberts Road, Presley, Lichau,
Cold Springs, Eagle Ridge - anyone who accesses their home North of Railroad
Avenue and East of Petaluma Hill Road is in District 1 - no exceptions.

The Cold Springs area used to be split in two, but the Census taken in 2000
changed that, the lines were officially moved in 2001.
