FEATURED IN CAR MODEL MAGAZINE JULY 1974
MORE COLOR PHOTOS BELOW!
Triclops was built from parts leftover from the "Triad" article (in September 1973 issue of Car Model Magazine), a Richard Carroll rear aftermarket tire, a MPC Zinger front axle, wheels and tires, an IMC Bell Helicopter left elevator wing, MPC Moonscope inner wheels, an Auto World Mini Man, a Revell Deals Wheels VW drivers head, and some assorted bits and pieces.
Original construction was described in a four page article in Car Model Magazine July 1974. These are new photos of the original unrestored model from the article. Triclops was a fun break from the custom and racing models I had been building for years.
Special features include; parachute backpack, hand tied shoe laces, belt with big buckle, seat with springs, scratchbuilt bicycle frame, sculptured beard and reshaped Mini Man body parts.
