Wuppertaler SV - Hamburger SV Amateurs 2:0 (0:0)

Back on track

WSV is back on track after the midweek whipping in Dresden. In a tough game against Thomas Doll's defensively oriented Hamburgers, Wuppertal was able to break through late in the game and get the 3 points.

Continued pressure finally paid off as Alez Kohout hammered home after a header by Ebersbach. Playmaker Tavarez then dribbled through the defense and played through the keeper's legs for the final score. In celebration, he ended up with a yellow card, which was a bit much, since he had been constantly hacked all day by Hamburg ruffians.
