Despite some good play, WSV was hammered by the Verl club. This would clearly seem to indicate that WSV will not be challenging at all for a top spot unless something changes drastically in the near future.
Crazy soccer! WSV was classically "out-countered". Verl showed up in front of the WSV goal 6 times - and 5 of those resulted in goals.

And WSV started off the game very strongly, and played out 3 or 4 clear chances. Mostly in the middle of these chances was Brent Goulet, who had been relieved of most defensice duties.
