On Sat., Nov 28, 2009 at about 9:00 am, Rich and Dave began their hike down the Grand Canyon North Kaibab trail (beginning elevation 8200 ft). They had hoped to get an earlier start, but because of a mix up in their hotel reservation, they had to find another motel about an hour further away in Page, AZ.
Rich took numerous pictures along the way - including this one. When I asked Rich how the weather was, he said " The weather was perfect. At the end it got a little cold and windy but not too bad."
