If you look high up in the
large center palm tree, you'll see a person. This young man, a
student at BYU Hawaii, climbed this tree in about 5 seconds.
About 75% of the employees at the Polynesian Cultural Center are students at BYU Hawaii. Many are totally sponsored by the Church (meaning the Church pays the entire cost of their education), and because of this may only able to go home once during their 4 year stay at the College. |
