Just two hours southwest of Melbourne, Australia are some wonderful beaches. The small town of Torquay lies close to all of them.There is a shallow beach where the Ozzies bring their kids, a surfers beach for beginners. There is an area of tide pools and " Bells beach", a site of world class surfing championship competitions. I found these tide pools in a beautiful cove. Different life was in each one. Australia is a wonderful country with open space, protected nature and friendly people. When they say hello, they say "Gid-Day".
