Service Contract is customer service. Phillips' primary goal is to help ensure
that the you receive many years of enjoyment from the product you purchase.
Who
provides the service?
In many cases it will be the original manufacturer
or factory-authorized service center. If original manufacturer's warranty has
expired just call Phillips nationwide toll-free customer service line for a conveniently
located service center.
How long does the Service Protection
Plan last?
The Priority Service Program provides you with one
to five total years of coverage (depending upon which program you select) from
the product purchase date. This includes the period of time that the manufacturer's
warranty is in effect. Phillips coverage begins upon expiration of the manufacturer's
labor warranty. There are no deductibles or hidden costs.
Annual
Check-Up
You will appreciate a yearly check-up and maintenance
service for VCRs and Camcorders. Professionals will check video head alignment
and clean the head and tape transport system, as well as safety switches and sensors.

Save
your receipt and the original product packing materials.
