Final Preparations
Few last minute details before it gets mounted into the '34 and closed up into the equipment bay.
Removed the on board Axiom +5 volt regulator. Added a jumper from its input pad to the +5 volt side to gain a few more by-pass capacitors.
Replaced the longer power leads with a couple shorter 18 guage wires.
A little nervous about vibration working on the header connectors so a little RTV will keep everything in place.
Last look before the covers go on.
Covers installed.
Going to be tough to get to the rear of this once installed so added what wires I think I may need for the audio switch. Brought a short piece of hose around the
side to ease access later if needed.
And if you must know I forgot to take a picture of the final installation into the car... oops
