The O2 Bar graph Display

Shortly after I got the Pro-Flo fuel injection setup on the car I could see that I needed, and wanted, a better means of observing the status of how the engine was running closed loop.  The supplied controller had a bi-color LED that you could get a general idea if the engine was lean or rich.  This controller is a neat and handy device but it is a little inconvenient to observe while you are driving.  What I did was build a LED dot/bar graph that I mounted in the dropped steering wheel support.  These 7 LED are easily seen without taking your eyes far from the road.  I added a little extra circuitry to dim the LEDs at night when the headlights are turned on.

I changed the 7 LEDs to 9 and changed the step size from 125mv to 100mv.  Should have done this from the start.  Actually it would have been best if I had only 8 LEDs.  My O2 sensor rarely if ever gets to 900mv.  But I started with an odd number of diodes so to keep it symmetrical 9 diodes was my only choice.  The schematic and layout have been updated.
