The Messenger Upright Electric Bass is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials, including electronics, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, accident, incompetent service, or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity. Should an instrument become defective within the specified warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective part free of charge. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded from this warranty, and we assume no liability other than repair of the instrument. All returns must be authorized beforehand and shipped prepaid to us.
