Angraecum obesum selfing #4539 (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: This wonderful species is found at elevations between 4000 and 5000 ft in Eastern Central Madagascar. It grows as an epiphyte and lithophyte among mosses and lichens. The flowers are carried one per inflorescence and are up to 2" wide with a spur that is 2.75" long. Culture: I grow this in an intermediate greenhouse that is 56F to 80F degrees. It is watered year round with dilute fertilizer and grown mounted on cork in moderate light. Parent: Angraecum obesum
