Sold out Chaubardiella pacuarensis 'Stony Point' by self #3728 (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: This is found at elevations from 2500 to 5000 feet. It grows from Costa Rica to Ecuador. The single flowered inflorescence carries a flower up to 2.25 inches that emerges from the base of the plant and is horizontal to pendent. The soft leaved fans will continue to send out inflorescence over a period of time. For me the plant reaches a mature height of 6 to 7 inches. Culture: I have grown this both mounted on tree fern and potted in fine bark mix or in sphagnum moss. It can also be mounted on cork or wood if humidity is high. I grew this in intermediate conditions for many years and now find that it blooms much better in warmer conditions. Grow in moderate light with year-round water and dilute fertilizer. Good quality water is important for this type of plant. Parent: Chaubardiella pacuarensis 'Stony Point'
