Sold out Dendrobium biloculare #5465 selfing (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: A member of the Latouria section of Dendrobium, this is a moderate sized, erect to semi-pendant epiphyte found near Port Moresby, in western Papua New Guinea at elevations around 2000 ft. The flowers are up to 1.25" wide on an arching to pendant inflorescence about 6" long. It can have up to 9 flowers per inflorescence. Culture: This is a hot to warm grower that should get watered throughout the year. It is best grown mounted if humidity is adequate. Otherwise, pot in small pot or basket with a fast draining medium. Grow in moderate shade. Dendrobium biloculare, I don't have images of the parent so show images of two different clones that are representative of this species. |
