Sold out Dendrobium brassii sibling cross#2042 (6949'' x sibling) (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: It grows in Papua New Guinea at medium elevations between 5000 and 7250 in mountain forest. The flowers are pink with orange on the lip and come from the apex of old, leafless pseudobulbs. The growths are about 6” long and the fat, round pseudobulb are about 1/2" across. Culture: I have grown this in cool conditions, but find that it does better for me in intermediate temperatures. It gets year round moisture with 1/4 strength fertilizer most of the year and a bit lower strength in winter. I have given it moderately bright light. Capsule parent: Dendrobium brassii '6949' |
