Sold out Dendrobium oreodoxa outcross #2674 ('2013' x '2014') (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: A rarely seen species from New Guinea. It is found in mountain forest around 6600 ft elevation growing as an epiphyte. The long lasting flowers are 3/4" wide and 1.75" long and are produced on the old, leafless pseudobulbs. I grow this in bright morning light and the longest growth is 15". Culture: I have always grown this plant in cool conditions, but have seen suggestions that it could be grown in intermediate conditions. For now, it has been growing it in a fine bark mix in a net pot bright morning light where it gets watered almost daily. It does not dry out at any time. I will try it mounted the next time I need to repot one. It gets dilute feritilzer at every watering. A few images of Dendrobium oreodoxa in situ. Two clones of Dendrobium oreodoxa
