The Species: This 6" tall minature grows in Mexico at elevations from 4600 to 7600. The spikes on this plant are arching to pendant though other clones I've seen are more upright. The flowers are long-lasting and highly fragrant.

Culture: Grow in cool-intermediate to cool to cold conditions. Like many Mexican species this does well with warm, wet, shady summer days and cool to cold, dry, bright winters. I grow it with the Laelia anceps.
