The Species: A very distinctive species with long-lasting, tubular flowers. It comes from higher elevations in Bolivia.

Culture: I grow this in intermediate, cool and cold conditions. The flowers definitely last longer with cool nights. Moderate light, year round water of good quality and dilute fertilizer. I prefer to grow it potted in a fine bark mix
