Pleurothallis (Specklinia) tribuloides wild capsule #951 (approximately 25 seedlings per flask).

The Species: This miniature is from Mexico, Central America, the Carribean and Surinam. The flowers are nestled down in the foliage but are bright orange-red and show up well. It is found at elevations from 1000 to 4300 ft.

Culture: This does well in warm and intermediate conditions with year round water and moderate light. It can be grown either potted and mounted.

This capsule came on a plant imported from Mexico and I didn't take any images of the plant at the time. These images are of cultivated plants that represent the species well.
