Sold out Polystachya bicarinata wild #3714 (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: This is a highland forest species from several east African countries on Lake Victoria. It grows from 6000 to 8600 ft. The 8” inflorescence is branched and carries 5 to 30 of the successively opening 3/4” flowers. Culture: I have little information about this species. I would grow it with cool nights, moderate to moderately bright light and year round watering. Polystachya bicarinata. My thanks to Lourens Grobler for permission to use his image. |
