Sold Out Polystachya clareae #66 outcross ( 'Naranja' x 'Even Better') (approximately 25 seedlings per flask). The Species: First described in 2003, this species is from Madagascar where it grows from 2300 to 5000 feet and is an intermediate grower. Mature plants are about 12" tall but it blooms on smaller plants. The flowers are about 3/8" wide and are long lasting. The inflorescence can be branched with close set flowers Culture: It is an intermediate grower that requires year round moisture. I fertilize them with 1/4 strength fertilizer most of the year and a bit lower strength in winter. I grow it potted, usually in a fine bark mix, but also in moss.
