My name is Nicholas Cerniglia
ARTIST at heart and LOGICAL by mind. I grew up with the need for creative output and excellent PROBLEM-SOLVING skills that were only satisfied once I got my first computer. From building my own computers to coding html/css/javascript for my own websites "VoodooInfo | BeanJeesh" to creating and animating basic 3D environments throughout the 90's, I had a passion that wouldnt quit.
In the 2000's, I ended up going to Academy of Arts University under a Bachelors Degree of Computer Animation with emphasis in Visual Effects. It's a field that makes use of 100% of my artistic and problem-solving skills. I got a job in my field right out of college at ROTOFACTORY and transitioned into FACTORY VFX.
I am now a SENIOR DIGITAL ARTIST / VISUAL EFFECTS SUPERVISOR / VISUAL EFFECTS EDITOR. I have been working on feature films, commercials, 2D/3D VR stitching, and special projects for the last 16 years. My tools are NUKE | SILLHOUTTE FX | SYNTHEYES | AFTER EFFECTS | PHOTOSHOP.
For fun I like to watch TV shows and Movies. Play classic videogames - GENESIS - NES - SNES - N64 - MAME. Be a strong, caring and fun father to my daughter. I have recently dabbled in PYTHON | JAVASCRIPT | HTML | CSS | UNREAL ENGINE for mobile app development.
