L. Eggleston, DDS, began his dental career as a US Navy Dental Technician
in 1969. After returning to civilian life, he continued his education, with a Bachelor's Degree from Sonoma State University in 1975 and then
graduating from the University of California at San Francisco School of
Dentistry in 1981. After three years of general dentistry in Oregon he
resumed his education, specializing in prosthodontics. He completed two
residencies, one at the Wadsworth VA Hospital in Los Angeles and the other
at the Roswell Park Memorial Hospital in Buffalo, New York. He taught
for two years at UCSF and has been in practice in Santa Rosa since 1987.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Past President
of the Redwood Empire Dental Society. He is a member of the American College
of Prosthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Prosthodontists. Dr. Eggleston retired from the US Naval Reserve Dental Corps in 1999.
He enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, photography and astronomy. He makes his home in Santa Rosa.
