Debora Rayhan, DDS, attended UCLA for her general dental training graduating in 1996, thereafter completing a hospital dentistry residency program at the Wadsworth VA Hospital in Los Angeles. She continued her education specializing in Prosthodontics at UCLA, graduating in 2000. Dr. Rayhan practiced in La Jolla, San Diego until relocating to the Bay Area in the spring of 2002 and has since become a partner in the practice.

She is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association and American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Rayhan is married to Dr. Rael Bernstein, an orthodontist, who maintains a private practice in Santa Rosa and Windsor. They enjoy traveling, visiting family, skiing and rollerblading.
