This is a 2D fighter. There are 27 characters in total, but you must enter a code to get the extra 5. The characters have 2 powerbars, one for life, which has two levels, like Killer Instinct, and one for special powers, which drains when you do moves. It can be refilled by holding down an attack button, like in Art of Fighting. Almost every character can fly by pressing the triangle button. You both fly and attack each other in the air, or shoot fireballs from either level.

The backgrounds are sorta 3D looking, but you can't move up or down in the background. The game scrolls and makes the characters smaller when you move away from each other. The game is OK for a fighter, but not the best one I've played.
