Modest Means Legal Services
Affordable sliding scale legal services for residents of Sonoma Country who qualify
by income level. Areas of law include family and juvenile law, debt collection, bankruptcy,
housing issues, misdemeanor criminal and traffic law, employment, and wills, probate and
guardianships. Attorneys work through the Foundation to provide legal services at a reduced
fee. The program is certified by the state Bar of California as lawyer referral services #0109.
