Momos, Nepali potstickers
Mix wheat flour with water to prepare the dough.
Dough should be elastic so that thin round shape pasta can be made. Roll a quarter size piece of dough onto a flowered board and roll until thin about 3 inches in diameter.
MEAT MOMOS
Prepare minced meat mixing:
- minced ginger

minced garlic (just a little)
- a dust of cumin seed (just a little)

fenugreek powder (just a little)

tumeric powder (just a little)

meat marsala (just a little)

Nepal pepper to taste

lots of minced onion and cabbage
Marinade and leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
VEGETABLE MOMOS
Prepare a mixture
- small cut cabbage
- carrot
- string beans
- onion
-
tumeric powder
- cumin seeds
- Nepal peppers
- meat masala
- feugreek powder (just a little)
Marinade with oil, (just a little).
Put a small amount of filling in middle of the round shape that his been rolled thin. Pinch the dough together so that the filling is completely sealed.
Steam the momo for 5 to 7 minutes.
