A rare shot of me (age 10) with my eye patch, which was supposed to cure my amblyopia, then called "lazy eye." It didn't work, because I cheated all the time. I wanted to be able to read my comic books.

Note the nifty canteen, plus the ever-present pair of Keds.

Taken somewhere on one of the many hikes Will (who to me was still Bill back then) and I took around Larkspur and the hills above.
