Reservations will be accepted in order of receipt of completed application and registration fee, subject to availability. Tour is based on a minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 44 participants. Not included are tips to hotel personnel, meals not listed in itinerary, beverages and any other items of personal nature. Tour may involve walking on nature trails and occasional stair climbing and you may be on your feet for several hours during each day. Sightseeing and other excursions or events not listed in tour itinerary, or listed as optional are not included. As a condition of being accepted as a tour participant, you must complete the reservation application form and sign a statement that you will abide by the conditions set forth in Responsibility section, and also sign a Hold Harmless Agreement.

Tour applicants must be of legal drinking age to participate in wine tasting events.

Responsibility

A Vine Line Tours, affiliates, suppliers, assignees, cosponsors, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, or affiliated companies and their agents and employees, act only in the capacity of agents for the tour participant/passenger in all matters pertaining to accommodations, sight-seeing and transportation, whether by railroad, motorboat, motorcar, ship or airplane and they shall exercise every care possible. However, they shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or other irregularity which may be occasioned whether by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith.

Additionally, they cannot accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, terrorist activities, strikes, war, social or labor unrest, quarantine, acts of God or other such causes beyond their control. Additional expenses, if incurred under any of these circumstances, will be borne by the tour participant. If unforseen conditions beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to alter arrangements without penalty. Baggage and personal injury are at owner's risk entirely. In the event services are not used due to voluntary omission by the participant, refunds will not be granted. No refund or allowance will be made for absence during tour, or for activities missed.

The airlines concerned and their affiliates and agents are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board the aircraft. The air ticket when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the tour participant and air company concerned.

By forwarding Registration/Reservation Fee the tour participant certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers. The right is reserved to decline to accept or to decline to retain any person as a member of the tour should such person's health, actions or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of the other participants.

The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case the entire payment, except the reservation fee, will be refunded without further obligation on our part. The right is also reserved to make such alterations to the itinerary as may be deemed necessary.

Payment of the Registration/Reservation Fee shall constitute consent to all provisions as published herein.
