- I DO NOT take checks of any type.
- Time payments: A deposit of 1/2 down is required, the rest within 30 days or forfeit the deposit. I do sometimes offer longer payment plans depending on the size of order. Please email me if you require a longer time to pay. Tack will be started after the final deposit is made.
- I ship through the US Postal Service and I'm not responsible for lost, late, or mangled packages. I advise adding the extra cost for insurance.

- Items are not finished and can take 2-4 months to complete. This doesn't account for the time it takes the order to reach you via the mail.
- IF you need a rush order, please email/write BEFORE you order. Depending on your order I will let you know if I can do it.
- If you want an exact fit remember to state mini on order form. These are the Minis I can fit.
- Custom minis/mini resins I do not own ~ to ensure fit I suggest sending the horse. Please write before sending a model (so I'll know it's on it's way!). Any mini shipped to me MUST be shipped fully insured as I am not responsible for the mini while it is in route! Once it's here it will be VERY well taken care of. Remember to add extra return postage & insurance when sending a horse. You can refer to an OF mini (or two *grin*) for a fitting but I cannot guarantee an exact fit to a CM/Resin without it here.
- If no color choice is listed I will write and ask (remeber SASE or an email address *smile*). If I can't reach you I will choose the color for you!
- Leather color choices are listed throughout the catalog.
- Non Leather Color Choices ~just about anything is fair game =) I have a pretty large stock of paint colors and color thread.

If you need an order for Christmas PLEASE get it to me no later than Oct 1st and note it is for Christmas.
- Items have placed very well in tough Open live shows, NAN qualified at a number of open live shows against Traditionals, top 10ed at NAN and even taken a few NAN National Champs/Res! However, every judge and show is different!
- Sorry but I DO NOT offer a money back guarantee on items.
- If something should break within one year of purchase, for ANY reason, ship it back to me (with return postage added please) and I will repair the item for free. After one year a slight fee may be charged for matching and finding older materials used.
