| In October 1986 I backpacked from Glacier Point above Yosemite Valley to Wawona in the southwest corner of Yosemite National Park. On the second day we camped by Buena Vista Lake, below Buena Vista Peak. There was a dusting of early season snow on the granite around the lake. Fallen trees added their patterns to the reflections in the calm clear water. | ||||||||||||||
