Uniforms
It is alright not to wear a uniform if you are unsure about committing to the class. Loose fitting clothes, such as a tee shirt and sweat pants would be fine. If you plan to join, we ask that you make an investment in a formal training uniform, or gui. A basic gui consists of a jacket, pants, and white belt, can be white, or off-white, and of an Aikido, Judo, Jujitsu, or Karate style. An Aikido, Judo, or Jugitsu gui is a little better constructed for rolling.
