Art Filter Effects

Hello,

Here are a couple photos showing a few of the effects made by PhotoShop CS2's artistic filters. The initial image of Cody is the original photograph, followed by effects from Dry Brush, Film Grain, and Poster.

	Here is Cody sleeping and looking like an angel. We were experimenting with our new camera. I really can't remember how the camera was set. But, I like the soft, lightened effect.
	Dry Brush with the following settings. Brush Size 1 Brush Detail 10 Texture 1
	Film Grain with the following settings: Grain 3 Highlight Area 1 Intensity 6
	Posterization with the following settings: Edge Thickness 1 Edge Intensity 0 Posterization 5 I like this one the best! He looks like a little tiger.

The next ones are of Missy. The initial image is the plain photograph, followed by effects from the Colored Pencil, Poster, and Paint Daubs.

	Here is Missy curled up and looking like she doesn't want her picture taken. She was just taking a snooze. When she sleeps she likes to cover her eyes if the lights are on.
	Colored Pencil with the following settings. Pencil Width 1 Stroke Pressure 15 Paper Brightness 15
	Posterization with the following settings. Edge Thickness 2 Edge Intensity 1 Posterization 2 This effect works well on the image.
	Paint Daubs with the following settings. Brush Size 2 Sharpness 7 Brush Type Simple This one looks a lot like a real painting. I enjoy this one too.
