Now this I did at school, in my physics notebook. 'Twas lots of fun. One o' mah buddies wrote "Super Mara" next to that posing person. I'm flattered. I think.
This page was done at school too, on a piece of printer paper. I don't remember who did the wonky face on the left, but it wasn't me. The conversation on the right was between one of my friends and her younger sister, when I had the same piece of paper out at their house. They were talking about an anime drawing. In case you can't read the tiny print [and you probably can't], it says "Why doesn't she have a mouth?" "She does." "It's a line." "It's closed." "She doesn't have any lips!" "It's anime!"
Back at school. This page was a collaborative effort; the top two and the swan were done by someone else at my table. This became something of a tradition in physics class; the four of us at the table did squiggles and goofy drawings in each other's notebooks almost every classtime. Good times indeed. The writing beside the unfinished squiggle says "Grandpa Smurf."
Yay, all kinds of alien critters and wildlife. The guy in the cloak wasn't originally playing catch with the fish, it just ended up that way when I reoriented the separate pix so they were all the right way up. A happy accident.
This page was a lot of fun. It's got all manner of dancing rodents and random creatures. I like the little interaction piece at the top middle; it's rare that I get a squiggle with more than one person in it. And look, it happened again at the bottom! Whee.
There's some good stuff here, like a surfing hamster, a guy playing an alien musical instrument, and a "mirror picture" involving two guys with robe sleeves. That's the thing on the right, second from the top. Kind of a noncircular yin-yang.
This page has some random weird things, and a couple really good pics. By far the best is the penguin at the bottom right. That rules, I tell you. I also like the ... thing ... next to the penguin, the dancing angel at the bottom left, and the enthusiastic ghost-guy between them. Much fun.
Some random weirdness, a ballerina that someone else did, and an alien fashion statement. A couple, actually.
These are from a time my mom and I were doing squiggles together; we'd each draw a random scribble, and the other would make a picture from it. Here are some of mine and one of my mom's [you can probably guess which]. I like the top one ["Gasp! But that means-"], the puppeteer guy, and of course the two cronies at the bottom! If you've looked through my scrap paper pix, you may recognize these two. They're a lot of fun; I may draw them again soon.
I shoulda put word bubbles in for these. There'd probably be "Sniff!" "Baa." "Well..." "Hi-ya!" "Humm." and "Heh heh." [Evil chuckle.] I like the little snakydude. And the kicking guy with the funky hair.
When my mom and I finished drawing squiggles, there was one piece of paper left, so we tore it in half and each did one big squiggle. Here's mine: a bird guy with a wizard's hat and a ridiculous mustache, which is caught on the pin he's wearing.
I think I did these while I waited for the internet to load a few slow pages. These do have word bubbles, which makes them much more fun. Heh. I like 'em all.
Again with the word bubbles, yay. I'll do my best to remember to put these in for all of them now. It makes them so much more interesting! And these are great anyways, especially the bottom two. The last one's thinking "Stupid toe sculpture...Can't see where I'm going."
