From L.A., Andrew Durkin and his Industrial Jazz Group came to visit. The band is up to 11 people now, but we could only fit seven in the studio. No matter, they sounded great and kicked out a couple of Andrew's newer compositions.

The IJG is highly accessible stuff with an adventurous feel. They've got three CDs out now (or almost; "The Star Chamber" is still held up in manufacturing and should be released any day now) and have managed to play semi-regularly up and down California. Cool stuff.
