Balboa Park hosts four diamonds just walking distance from the Balboa Park BART station. At the corner of Ocean and San Jose in the Excelsior, Balboa Park is just across the freeway from City College of San Francisco. Another one of the colder western parks, Balboa was never a team favorite and in the early '90's made its reputation from the 12" high rough in the outfield that would make Tiger Woods cringe.
