Every dollar you give to the O.W.L. Foundation goes toward ensuring sound water policy, sensible open space decisions and prudent directions for land use in Sonoma County. All of your donation is fully tax-deductible. We have no paid employees, no office overhead, and our volunteers (including the Board of Directors) freely contribute time, materials and professional expertise. Our primary expense is legal representation. Our primary goal is to ensure that Sonoma County adopts a program to ensure sustainable management of water resources.
