The 62 Year Reunion of the S.S. Palmer High School Class of 1940 was held from Noon to 4:30 PM Friday, September 6, 2002 at the Lehighton Legion Home, 3rd & Bridge Street, Lehighton, PA 18235.
I regret that I was unable to attend the reunion as I had some surgery August 28. Willard Gersbach has informed me that you had a great reunion and an excellent Pennsylvania Dutch Meal of broiled chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Judging by the last reunion that I was able to attend, I am sure that no one went away hungry. I hope to see all of you at the next reunion.
